Binance adds five bStocks as collateral, four equity perpetuals

Binance is adding five bStocks as collateral for margin accounts and launching four USDⓈ-margined perpetual contracts tied to listed companies, all on October 21.

Binance adds five bStocks as collateral, four equity perpetuals

Five bStocks tokens become eligible collateral across Binance Cross Margin, Portfolio Margin, and Portfolio Margin Pro at 12:00 UTC on October 21, according to Binance’s collateral notice. The five are RoboStrategy Inc (BOTB), Berkshire Hathaway (BRKBB), KraneShares STAR Market 50 ETF (KSTRB), Direxion Daily 20 Year Treasury Bull 3X ETF (TMFB), and Vistra Corp (VSTB).

That shifts what these assets actually do on the platform. Users in permitted jurisdictions can hold those tokenized securities as collateral for the named margin products, and the corresponding bStocks trading pairs will be available for margin trading.

The exchange’s spot-listing notice confirms Spot Algo Trading Bots and Rebalancing Bots will be enabled for all five pairs.

There’s a short fee window attached. Zero maker fees on the five USDT pairs run from listing time through 23:59 UTC on October 31 — 10 days, 11 hours, and 59 minutes by the stated timestamps.

Withdrawals open at 13:00 UTC on October 21, one hour after trading begins.

The perpetuals launch earlier. Binance Futures will open four TradFi USDⓈ-Margined perpetual contracts under a separate futures notice: CEGUSDT at 09:00 UTC, BACUSDT at 09:05, IBKRUSDT at 09:10, and MDTUSDT at 09:20.

Those contracts track Constellation Energy Corporation Common Stock (Nasdaq: CEG), Bank of America Corporation Common Stock (NYSE: BAC), Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. Class A Common Stock (Nasdaq: IBKR), and Medtronic plc. Ordinary Shares (NYSE: MDT). Maximum leverage on each is 20x. The four launches are spaced across a 20-minute window, three hours before the bStocks collateral and spot-market additions go live.

The jurisdictional restrictions on the bStocks side are explicit in the collateral notice. Binance says the securities are offered through an Approved Prospectus in the ADGM and are not offered in any other jurisdiction. Tokenized Securities are available only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions on a secondary-market basis, and the bStocks are not offered, sold, distributed, made available, or accessible in the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons.

Taken together, the package adds nine TradFi-linked instruments or trading routes in one day: five tokenized securities gaining collateral status and spot pairs, four new equity perpetuals.
