Binance adds JPMorgan Chase, Eli Lilly, Securitize Corp, and StablecoinX Inc. as tokenized stocks (bStocks) on October 7, allowing them as collateral.

Binance adds four tokenized stocks as collateral and pairs

Four tokenized securities go live on Binance at 12:00 UTC on Wednesday, October 7, according to the exchange’s primary announcement. The additions are JPMorgan Chase (JPMB), Eli Lilly (LLYB), Securitize Corp (SECZB) and StablecoinX Inc. (USDEB), added as both trading pairs and eligible collateral under the bStocks program.

All three margin tiers are in scope: Cross Margin, Portfolio Margin and Portfolio Margin Pro. Users in permitted jurisdictions can post the four tokens as collateral to support margin positions. What they cannot do, at least at launch, is borrow against them.

The spot listing, per Binance’s spot listing notice, creates four new pairs: JPMB/USDT, LLYB/USDT, SECZB/USDT and USDEB/USDT. Spot Algo Trading Bots go live at listing time; Rebalancing Bots follow within 24 hours. Zero maker fees apply to all four pairs through 23:59 UTC on October 31.

Binance Convert will allow users to trade bStocks against BTC, USDT and other tokens at zero fees within one hour of the spot listing. The 1:1 conversion between each underlying stock and its corresponding bStock carries no conversion fee. Withdrawals for all four tokens open at 13:00 UTC on October 7, one hour after trading begins.

Before using bStocks-related margin features, Regular, VIP 1 and VIP 2 users must complete a suitability-assessment questionnaire.

The notices also name two earlier bStocks, MRVLB and ORCLB, in connection with a separate dividend event. Four new tokens against six named in the source material works out to 66.7% of that documented set — though that figure counts named offerings, not market-cap share. Binance’s announcements provide no token supplies, outstanding balances, prices, flow data or aggregate collateral values for any of the six, so the size of these instruments relative to Binance’s full tokenized-stock market cannot be calculated from what’s been published.

What the documents do specify is the legal perimeter. The bStocks are offered through an Approved Prospectus in the ADGM and are not offered in any other jurisdiction. They are not offered, sold, distributed, made available or accessible in the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons.

Running concurrently is a cash-dividend distribution for existing MRVLB and ORCLB holders. The record-date snapshot falls at 00:00 UTC on October 9. On-chain holders receive dividends through a multiplier adjustment, but the 1:1 conversion service and deposits and withdrawals for both tokens are suspended from 23:30 UTC on October 8. Binance’s dividend notice gives no resumption time for those services.

What Binance has confirmed is the mechanics: six named bStocks, four going live October 7 with collateral utility, trading pairs and bot support, and two existing bStocks heading into a dividend-related suspension the same week.
